Shop & Go Shipping Policy

We're committed to providing convenient and affordable shipping options for your purchases at Shop & Go.

Available Shipping Options

  • Collect (Free): Pick up your processed order at our collection point in Westdene, JHB. The exact location will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp after your purchase is processed.
  • PAXI Standard: Your order will be shipped to the nearest PAXI point based on your provided physical address. Standard shipping takes approximately 7-9 working days.
  • PAXI Standard Express: Your order will be shipped to the nearest PAXI point based on your provided physical address. Standard Express shipping takes approximately 3-5 working days.
  • PAXI Large: Your order will be shipped to the nearest PAXI point based on your provided physical address. Large shipping takes approximately 7-9 working days.
  • PAXI Large Express: Your order will be shipped to the nearest PAXI point based on your provided physical address. Large Express shipping takes approximately 3-5 working days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the selected shipping option and your delivery location. Please refer to the checkout page for accurate shipping costs.

Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or holidays.

PAXI Package Sizes

  • Standard and Standard Express: Accommodates items with maximum dimensions of 45 cm width, 37 cm height, and a maximum weight of 5 kg.
  • Large and Large Express: Accommodates items with maximum dimensions of 64cm width, 51 cm height, and a maximum weight of 10 kg.

Additional Notes

  • We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, however, delivery times provided by PAXI are estimates and may vary.
  • Shop & Go is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once the shipment is in PAXI's possession.
